We’re in a small rural town: Charlotte, Vermont. It is a twenty minute drive south of Burlington and Essex Junction, Vermont, home to IBM’s Microelectronics Division IC Fab.

To balance out this high tech giant, we have three covered bridges in our town and a volunteer fire department.
One hundred miles from the center of downtown Montreal and about three hours from Boston. More importantly, we’re within an hour of several great ski areas including Stowe, Sugarbush, Killington and Smuggler's Notch.

Our 34,000 square foot warehouse is kept to ISO standards. The industrial property owned is 7.5 acres.
